Uber incorrectly debit R193.00 on my Capitec account

I have been trying to reach out to Uber since the 26th of May 2023 after receiving notification from my app for R193 deduction, off which I wasn't aware of I did not request Uber for myself or any other person close to me, I've sent them an email explaining my situation till today I haven't heard anything from them, @Hellopeter I'll be very glad if you could assist me with this query as I'm not getting any joy from Uber.
