Uber in Durban is shady

I am staying in Umhlanga Rocks for a business trip Yesterday I needed Uber because I knew it was going to be a drinking visit. I booked for a Card trip, my driver insisted on cash and took me to a petrol station. I paid him for the trip in cash for petrol. He quietly cancelled the Uber trip. When I cancelled the next driver I was charged R10 cancelation.
