Uber in denial

When I got out the car, my foot hooked into the loose rubber door. The entire rubber seal came out, I fell bruised some body parts and scratched my watch face, Uber is not interested at all about my wellbeing, they logged a complaint against me for damaging the car. Uber has no customer service, they are not even going to repair my watch, please peeps, do not use Uber.
