Uber Im disappointed

I sent an email to Uber support asking for their assistance after I've been getting unauthorized charges on my banking account, someone has been using my account to pay for their multiple rides, that was on the 14th of March, I've been waiting since for any kind of help in regards to my inquiry, I am very disappointed in the service for such a global company that had my respect as one of the pioneers of their industry globally. Disappointed INDEED.
