Uber Ignoring Refund Request

It has been over two weeks since I requested a refund from Uber, and despite providing all necessary details, I continue to receive generic, automated responses from their support team.

This ongoing lack of resolution is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate action to process my refund. Customers should not have to chase basic services for weeks.

I am escalating this matter publicly and through the relevant consumer protection channels. I hope Uber treats this seriously and resolves it promptly.
