Uber I want my phone now

On the 1st of March I took a ride from my house to a friend's house using Uber. My phone got lost in the same trip that I took early morning. I have written reviews on twitter,called their helpdesk with a friend's phone and I was told that they will contact my friend a day later as they can see my trip but cannot ask the driver about my cellphone nor will they connect me to the driver. It's been over a month and nothing still from uber-I tried logging onto my account and even today it doesn't want to reset my password so I am unable to obtain my last trip details. I know the time I was picked up and dropped off,the amount I paid as well as the driver's name. I want my P20 lite please...it's not just a phone but my family's memories and I need it.
