Uber Hijack

Good day

So this is a complaint.(Hijack)

My fiancé and I took a uber as a 2 way trip. First dropped me then my fiancé at home after work. Driver took a dangerous route and the car got hijacked and the driver ran and left my fiancé in the car and was beaten on the head and face with a brick. She is currently in hospital due to a driver wanting to take an easy and dangerous route. They took everything from her. Her phone, money, ID, Bank card and work bag.

I have had enough of complaining and nothing gets done. So I will put this all over social media and take every single page.

I have tried to contact uber on the app and the help line is just pathetic, asking me to log on the account and report the trip know the phone was also ******.
