Uber help

On Monday we requested an Uber using a friend's phone around 00:27am and I mistakenly left my prescribed spectacles which I'm using them for work, tried reporting the matter using the Uber app but there's no luck. Then I managed to get the guys contact we communicated and now he is not answering my WhatsApp messages or calls
