UBER HAS ****** WORKING FOR THEM WHICH THEY PROMOTE

I booked a trip to work and selected cash payment for R100.00. The trip ended at 07:58 with the driver receiving my R100.00, about 10 min later I see a cash refund processed and I was billed to my card. I enquired this with Uber and they advised the driver said he didnt get the money, after sending a long message I got my funds back. UBER BEFORE YOU JUST PROCESS **** FROM PEOPLES BANK ACCOUNTS WITHOUT PERMISSION, AFTER I CHOSE CASH PAYMENT, YOU NEED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH YOUR CLIENTS. YOUR DAMN SERVICE SUCKS. I CHOSE COMFORT OPTION THE DAMN CAR LOOKED LIKE IT WENT THROUGH WW3
