UBER has the BAD customer service ever

I had a very horrible experience with UBER. I waited for the driver for over 20minutes. He sent me a message and told me he has arrived, but he was not there. He then cancelled the trip, and guess who paid for that cancelled trip? ME!! This was not the first time I experienced such treatment
