Uber has *******ly took R500 off my bank account

Uber has *******ly took R500 off my bank account. The shock I am currently in when I received a bank notification that R500 just went off my account using my bank card for a ride I did not authorize. I did not even make use of the Uber ride app to request a ride but the ****mers that Uber are take people's monies without authority. Now I have had to cancel my bank card and have to open a new one. People should delete Uber from their phones and Never use UBER again. UBER is a **** company stay away!!!!!😤😡
