Uber has lost me as a customer!!!

Uber has lost me as a customer!!! I set a trip with 4 stops but cancelled at the first stop and now uber refuses to refund me my money as i supposed to be charged for only one stop!!! I keep getting representatives who are not doing their job who are just throwing me with automated responses who are not reading anything. How does uber even hire? Im so annoyed right now
