Uber Hacked Payment Method

I was hacked. The hackers got access to my uber account by changing my password and then implementing the two factor authentication (2fa). The hackers only needed to know my email and cellphone number. The hackers then added family members to my account and ordered 6+ trips. Uber never asked an otp for the password or for my payments. My bank informed me of the hack. Otherwise I would not have known about it. Im also logged out of all my Uber accounts and cannot get in.
