Uber Gone to the Dogs

On the 24/9/2015 i requested a trip with Uber from Pretoria to Johannesburg. I was billed R20, R26 incorrectly (which has since been rectified), but the actual trip which should have been 51km and about 40mins drive...ended up being 115km and 1h38mins,amounting to R945, because the Uber app made a royal stuff up, as well as the driver not having a clue as to where he was going. I have since sent 2 requests to Uber to reimburse me for this, with no luck! I have received a very brief mail from Mark Last week addressing a \James"(I have no i dea who James is)"
