Uber give scripted blub answers when corresponding which do not resolve your problem
<p>After complaining via their app and 8 email correspondents they still make the same mistake...</p> <p>They stopped responding to my emails to resolve my particular issue regarding my address...</p> <p>Do I need to say more...</p>

This did not help previously after eight email communications via email to the email address you have just provided. They stopped responding leaving the issue unresolved.
