Uber Gift bard - paid but not redeemable in in SA...

<p>I bought a gift card of R345 online via UBER's website.</p> <p>I added the voucher code to the app, and it accepted it, but now displays that it is not redeemable in SA.</p> <p>So there is a credit of R345 sitting on my account that I cannot use.</p> <p>I have tried to contact Uber on COUNTLESS occasions via the app. They refer me to the gift card section but then the gift card guys say its "used" already so they refer me back...and the guys responding are really not even reading what I am saying...they say I should go back to the store I bought it at...WHERE / HOW do I reach an online UBER Store???? HELLOOOO? </p> <p>Can someone please take responsibility and respond with some real information???</p> <p>It's disgusting how the corporates hide behind online anonymous pathetic support</p>
