UBER & Gautrain Johannesburg

<p>There is a serious chaotic asituation at the Pick up stops at the Gautrain station in Johannesburg. On three occasions am I having problems with catching my Uber at the Gautrain station.</p> <p>Already the area has a safety issue. Last week I had to cancel four Uber drivers because they couldnt stop at the Gautrain. The reason is apparently because they get attacked by maxi-taxi drivers. Which is ridiculous since there is a drop-off right inside the gautrain but the security says they are not allowed to enter there as well. The security is casually waiting inside the gautrain station and I am not sure who is responsible for what but seriously can something be done about this.</p> <p>I cannot be walking in the streets of Joburg - following an Uber from Wolmarans street to Rissik street to wait to catch an ride. As a customer this cannot be right. The Uber security also sends off the drivers to Rissik street.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />This is both a safety and cost factor since when cancelling all these driver the bill goes to the customer. Should anything happen while walking to the next street - I would be at risk. As a known fact that is a high-jack hotspot.</p>
