UBER: Frustrated Customer Service

I have been trying to change my mobile number on my Uber account when logging in on my computer. When I use Uber on my mobile phone it's all good and well. The account settings are correct. When I need to use Uber on my laptop (same login details) I cannot log in as an OTP is sent to my mobile...Someone elses number is registered on my account. It's CRAZY! How do you get the account right on my mobile and it is all messed up on my laptop. I need to load new information on my account .... I cant. I have phoned Uber...no answer....surprise!!! I have sent an email query...no answer...surprise!!! What do I have to do just to update my details. The Uber Car Service is Super Fantastic! ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE...Sucks!
