Uber **********

Watch out for Uber they are cheats and **********. On the 21 January they took R 99.99 out of my account for Uber Pass. I have never heard of Uber Pass, requested it or used it. The last time I used Uber was a trip for King Shaka airport in Durban to my house. I was quoted R 322 for the trip. The quote remained the same the entire trip. On completion of the trip I was charged R 522. I queried it and was refunded. Nice try Uber. They are now refusing to refund the R99.99. After numerous messages backwards and forwards they claim I use in November and therefore they can not refund me. Prior to the use of Uber in December, with no knowledge of Uber Pass or any benefits, I last used Uber in September twice and before that in February. They are both ***** and **********. Be very very careful of the access you give them to your accounts and check on them.
