Uber - *****

I am reporting the poor security of the Uber app. I had two transactions come off my bank account for an Uber I did not order and Uber eats I did not order either. I had not used Uber for weeks and then the first day I used it shortly after I had a transaction for over R2800 and another for R374 3 minutes later! After reporting this ***** to Uber they told me that my account is linked to another by the name of Arnold (I have no idea who this is!) and that I have shared my bank account details with this person! Absolutely ludicrous, I have never shared my account details with anyone! They refuse to do a refund as they say the found links between my account and this one! After telling them that it is ***** and this person has clearly hacked into my Uber account by their compromised system they said I need to call my bank. My card details are o my saved on their app! This is completely unacceptable and I am disgusted with the way they have handled this! I have clearly not taken these trips. They are not even on my profile. They can also see my card has never been used in another account except for these two ********** transactions! I expect a refund immediately!
