UBER *****

I noticed 2 Uber purchases on my account. On the 23 June 2022 for R29.90 & on the 28th June for the same amount. I wrote to their help line but was told told I have multiple accounts, how so . I asked them to give me proof of those 2 trips , their to & from . I was told it is confidential information there they cannot. That bam account they debited is mine. How can trips be confidential. Either Uber is de*****ing my account & many others. Trips cannot be of the same price even if it’s the same destination. I need my money back. I wonder how many other people have been de*****ed like that & didn’t notice .
