Uber *****

So I ordered uber at Southgate to Ormonde View about 30 minutes back and the estimation price was R39,and i chose the cash payment option. the guy came and he took the longer route I told him to take a shortcut and he refused because somehow he prefers to use the "gps"..anyway when we got to our destination uber on my phone was R39, in the Driver R65 and somehow Uber company charged my bank R95.00 I don't firstly understand why my bank was charged when it was cash and why such a huge amount .and this is not the first time this is happening.
