Uber

Today I sent a hybrid inverter and 12v inverter, the driver never delivered it and then he kept quite until I have to call him and he said he delivered those things. I then told him that he didn't, I then contacted the office via app and then he what'sapp me immediately saying he got my stuff. The delivery was at 10.02 until now I have not received my stuff. I went to their office at Sandton the service I got was hell they even call the security guard 💂♀️ for me to stand while I was talking to the consultant. The guy is been sending sms with some treats some sort but I have not received my things back. Consultant said he will bring those things back to their office today but still nothing. I'm so drained about Uber, anything I can do about this? I have the the recordings and sms from the driver.
