Uber Fare

I requested a ride with Uber, destination fare estimate was less than R100,0 , the driver did not end the trip, and the fare escalated to over R700,0 , My bank did not pay, I cannot use Uber or UberEats because of the unpaid fare, and Uber refuses to cancel the debt even though it is clearly their unprofessional driver's fault.
