Uber Falsely Debited My Account

This morning the 08/12/2023, Uber debited my account for a trip worth R202 which I didn't request nor was I in any Uber. This occurred at 06:49 a.m.. I no longer have trust for this company as they *****ulently debited my personal account for funds they had no authority to take in the first place. I am so disappointed to be put in such a financial situation by what's supposed to be considered a reputable company yet they can commit such an act.

I would like a refund and apology for this unnecessary and ********* behaviour
