UBER False service

I arrived from overseas on Thursday taking the Gautrain Back to the Hatfield Station. Upon my arrival I ordered a pick-up via your service. The first vehicle arrived and told me to walk three blocks to where he was waiting for me as according to him its difficult to pick clients up in front for Hatfield Gautrain Station. He then cancelled the pick-up. I then ordered another vehicle and the same thing happened.!The third time walked with three suitcases and eventually got picked up!! UBER ,you are advertising a false service! Your personnel can not pick clients up at the Hatfield Gautrain Station. This is due to the threats form the taxi drivers. You are endangering the safety of your customers by making them walk to a unknown destination with no security and exposing them to this Taxi/Uber conflict. REMOVE this pick-up point or make alternative arrangements for your clients. I will take it further with the media if you don't resolve this.
