Uber false pricing

When I booked the Uber it quoted me R456 and placed a hold on my account for this amount.

Now when it comes to the end of the trip, I get charged R739 (a 60%+ variation). How is this possible when I have not changed anything in terms of the route, collection point, or destination.

I demanded a refund but was told no refund is possible. I would not have selected this option had I known this price beforehand. This is ******** if this is how Uber black lures is riders with lower prices and then shifts upwards after drop off. Let alone the fact that it told me that the pick up was the fastest and as soon as I booked that shifted too to longer than the other options. I find this unacceptable.
