Uber failure to resolve card payment problem

Really frustrated with Uber as I cannot resolve the payment card linked to my card. I phone the support call centre and they always say they can’t help me with that issue so a specialist team will call me within 24 hours. This doesn’t happen and I have to call them again. In the meantime either myself or my family are stranded as we cannot use the service. For a supposedly world class service it is really UNACCEPTABLE. I have had this problem since September last year
