UBER Failure to hold their Drivers to Account

I had A trip on Uber From King Shaka to Marine Parade, i paid the R241, the driver indicated that I Paid R35.00 on the system, now I am unable to claim my money from the Company, because The money on the Receipt is less R206.00 and Uber is not doing anything about it. initially they had the nerve to say I owe them The R206.00 now I am the one who is unable to claim my Trip money back from my Employer as the invoice only shows the R35.00

I am not happy at all with Uber
