Uber fails to refund for drivers personal shopp detour

Uber driver goes on personal shopping expedition leaving female passenger sitting in the car for an hour! Then charges "time" rate to the passenger! I have not received the R46 refund of the overcharge. Still waiting from 17.04.22. I was charged R103 when quoted R57. Driver went shopping and I was charged R103. You agreed to refund overcharge R46, but have failed to do so. Now almost 2 months and waiting.
