Uber fails old folk who need short rides

My almost 90 year old father has no means of getting around other than Uber. We live close to the shops and health services he uses. Not for the first time today, he was unable to get a ride because drivers are unwilling to take on short drives. He was stranded at home almost late for a doctor's appointment, as he was stranded at the shops a few days ago.

There is of course nowhere on the app or website to lodge a complaint, hence this public complaint.
