Uber failed to deliver the service

requested uber on Saturday night to fetch me...... Prosecuter which is the driver came.....but he refuse to come inside the gate and get me.....he then send my boy away and refused to come inside.....now the problem is uber who is charging for the service that they failed to deliver........i reried on you uber......for good sake......it 00:00.......midnight ........i tried to contact them.....but their system is accommodating them only........i am upset with you uber .....i am very sorry uber ......i will not pay that money...
