01 Nov 2024, 10:11 thsi is what they sent .they never they will give no details but take your mony
We have taken a look into the details you have provided and can see that this charge is not linked to your account, but a different Uber account.
While we are not able to reveal any sensitive information about this account to an individual that is not the account holder, we can confirm that this request was taken by Lehlogonolo, in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
We strongly advise you to reach out to your friends and family members, as we feel this may help to shed some light on the source. As a suggestion, you may wish to ask them to log in to the Uber app, review their order and trip history, and cross-reference their history with the charges that you are seeing on your bank statement. We feel this will help clarify the charges, as this could be just a simple case of miscommunication with somebody whom your card details were shared with.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us again
