Uber extremely unsafe

Absolutely shocking service from Uber! I had a driver try pick me up with different car and license plates! To try report the person is near to impossible!! I have spent over an hour trying to contact Uber to warn them because someone else might get caught by this person! Uber is no longer safe!!! I will never let a family member use them!
