Uber Everywhere

<p>I recently ordered an Uber to the airport with just about over an hour to spare. After accepting my ride, the driver's arrival time icreased from 10 minutes to 15 minutes to 20 minutes - on my app I could clearly see that he was driving AWAY from my location. He wouldn't answer his phone and the car kept moving in the completely wrong direction so after 6 minutes of waiting, I cancelled the Uber. I was immediately informed that the cancellation fee is R25. I reported this incident via my app and, within the next 24 hours, received a very apologetic response and credits of R25 to use on my next trip. Quick response time and the ability to track that their driver was indeed messing me around, well done Uber Durban!</p>
