Uber Enables ********s, No Accountability

I recently had a terrible experience using Uber. I trusted their app to deliver a package, but the driver never delivered it and still took my money. When I tried to report this incident as the crime it is, Uber showed no concern whatsoever. Their customer support has been completely unhelpful, brushing off my complaints instead of addressing the issue seriously.

It’s unacceptable for a company of this size to allow individuals who clearly don’t operate with integrity to work on their platform. Where is the accountability? Uber’s lack of action shows they care more about their bottom line than the safety and trust of their customers.

This incident has left me frustrated and disappointed. I’ll think twice before trusting Uber with anything again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious as well. They need to take a hard look at how they vet their drivers and handle complaints.
