Uber enabled ***** on my bank account

I am not happy with the way they handled "My account has unrecognized charge" query. They just said: "Thank you for writing in, Sicelumusa. We have taken a look into the details you have provided and can see that these charges are not linked to your account, but a different Uber account. While we are not able to reveal any sensitive information about this account to an individual that is not the account holder, we can confirm that these requests were taken in Cape Town."

I asked them to charge the other person's account instead, and reimburse mine, they suddenly couldn't locate the charges, and ghosted me😒
