Uber ****en driver stole my phone

I used uber to go home last Sunday and minutes after I was dropped off I realised that I left my phone in the car.I called the uber driver-Biggie and he agreed that there was an unknown phone left in his car.We agreed to make arrangements for the phone to be returned but when I called the second time he told me the phone was returned to the rightful owner.My phone is a Samsung.He's now telling me that the phone he found is an iPhone and the owner traced it back to his car.This is complete bull****.I want my phone back jou ma se ****!!!
