Uber ehailing app *****

Booked a ride with my card driver accepted the trip and started the ride without me being in almost a minute after .i tried messaging him telling him i am not in he ignored me . I cancelled the ride and was charged full price . I contacted uber support oh my GOD they are even worse they dont do checks . They just accepted whatever the driver said and moved on with their life .Can they not check where the driver confirmed the pickup compared to my location

This app is not safe so do not use your card they are de*****ing customers of their money
