Uber Eats(Pedro's order not delivered)

I bought a meal yesterday on UberEats, the driver never arrived at my location and Uber eats tells me they will not refund my money because the driver delivered the order at a documented location. Mind you when I was chatting to their driver on the App, he told me he's at the corner where they sell beers. My house is not eve near any corner. I'm ****ed and want my money now
