Uber Eats woes

Placed an order o the Uber Eats app. My order was delivered before the time and when the delivery guy, Diamond Bilali, got to my gate I was in the kitchen. Then I heard my phone ringing informing me to log into the app to view delivery info. I called Diamond Bilali back several times and everything the call took me to voice-mail. I also ran to the gate to check but there was no one there. The app recorded my order as delivered. I have since been trying to reach Uber Eats to enquire buy all I get is an online form to complete the query. These are groceries I needed for the day. Had I known this would happen then I would have gone myself to the shops, but Uber Eats promises convenience and I was hoping to experience this convenience, not being ******** out of my money. It might seem like a small amount to someone else, but UT is my hard earned money! I want my money back since I did not receive the goods!
