UBER EATS VS NANDOS MALL AT REDS????

I placed an order with Uber eat nandos. Only to get someone else order. Once an order is closed with Uber eats you are unable to contact the driver. Its frustrating as they have no communication service no contact information as everything is done through the app. It's ****ing 8.30pm and no one from Uber eats contacted me or delivered the correct order
