Uber eats Useless

I will never in my life make use of uber eats again after just using them once I will regret it for the rest of my life and will never advise anyone to use uber eats! My son was away on a trip for western province in Bloemfontein and he was hungry and ordered food from kfc for him and his friend a order total of 240 they waited and waited and then informed me the food never arrived yet and I then checked on the uber eats app and saw it showed delivered I checked the delivery photo this is exactly about 4 mins after the delivery and it showed delivered in the street my son rushed to the spot and behold no food and no call from the driver either ! I immediately tried contacting uber eats but can you get hold of a real person no way would they have that how or they going to **** the customers then ,I am disgusted 2 boys had to go to bed hungry in a foreign province all thanks to the terrible service of Uber eats !!!!
