Uber Eats - Uber ****

Uber eats South Africa just refused to refund me on food items that were missing just purely because I had requested for a refund previous order because they couldn't allocate a delivery partner which the order got prolonged to midnight which I had to cancel as I had placed the order around 10pm.

Now they refuse to refund me on items not received purely based on the notion that I had asked for refunds on other items which were more of their delivery partner issue or lack thereof!
