Uber Eat’s *****

I live in an apartment block and my nextdoor neighbor ordered Uber eats during the day. A few of my belongings such as my shoes were outside my door drying and were ******. Upon checking security footage, the Uber eats delivery man can be seen taking my stuff and hoping on his motorbike to drive away. Uber eats has not yet done anything to track down their delivery man and has been rather insensitive to the situation in general.
