Uber Eats terrible service

Uber Eats delivered an order than was missing an item. They did the correct thing by refunding the item but refuse to refund the delivery fee. They refuse to give me a contact email for a formal complaint. Why should a customer pay for an incorrect order? The mistake is on them and their partners. Not on me. Pathetic service and I'll never use them again ad they clearly don't care for their customers.
