Uber eats takes your money for no food delivered

Uber eats doesnt deserve this 1 star rating. I ordered a meal from nandos via uber eats. The driver took over an hour to deliver, he kept moving the time of delivery and when messaging him he says his on his way. Eventually after failed attempts to get hold of the driver and after tracking him, our order was not delivered. We contacted nandos and they confirm giving the order to the uber eats driver. The driver location was just stuck at one place, we did not get our order last week Thursday and yet we were charged for the food and delivery. I WANT MY MONEY BACK UBER EATS, this is not right. You have the nerve to bill me for food that I did not even receive and for a tip for someone that didn't even come with the food. Give me my money back.
