Uber Eats *****s

I would actually give them minus stars if i could. I recieved a sms with a coupon code for Uber eats, so i downloaded Uber Eats and put some sushi in my cart, I app**** to coupon code and when i tried to check out the app told me my account was locked because it needs to be verified in the Uber app, first of all what does that even mean, secondly I tried everything to try and fix this problem, I even contacted their support and followed instructions, after two hours of this i could fed up and ordered Sushi from Mr Delivery. Two days after Uber Eats has deducted the amount for the sushi from my FNB Account, it was a pending charge so when i contacted support they told me the amount hasnt come off so there is nothing they can do. Today the transaction went from pending to its gone through. I am now R109 down because they haven't bothered to refund me, I have sent them another message again today and have gotten no reply. Dont use uber eats, they ***** your money. Im not even sure who gave them authorization to make such a transaction, Just take money out my account and i haven't even placed an order with them, nevermind gotten any food. Uber eats you suck. Oh and thats not to mention their lack of service, there is no way to even get hold of Uber eats except through their support section on their app, which is useless.
