Uber eats is ****!!!!!

I ordered a macdonalds burger for me and my partner and also a few other items it was September and also it was just before curfew my goods arrived yet everything inside was bought patty was wet the contents was a mess i loaded a complaint and when i was contacted 2 weeks later i was askes to give a picture of the food now my question who keeps fast food for 2 weeks the contents i threw away next day it was a while R300 and something santa I went on fb complained went on insta even got the general manager for uber eats i tagged on fb yet they say they into it just to delay you to forget the complaint a whoke month never got my miney back or another food package i deleted them and went for mr deliver fantastic service and i love the way i was treated as for uber eats i won't recommend anyone because there after service is pathetic and customer service im sure there's none its a automated response bill ****....
