Uber eats food ****** by driver

Ordered food for R76. vendor is 2kms away. Driver collected food and apparently couldn't find the address in pmb city. I called and called him and he couldn't speak English and refused to listen. And I never got the food and uber eats refuses to refund me. With no reason. They just say "we reviewed and cant refund"! The food was basically ******. BECAREFUL OF UBER EATS! PIETERMARITZBURG DRIVE NAME ASHY!
